REFUND POLICY
- If the Customer decides to leave the MERCHANT before completing their Programme, they will not be eligible for a refund of the Tuition Fees.
- Refunds, if applicable and at the discretion of the Management, will only be issued to the debit/credit card originally used for the transaction. For clarity, nothing in this Policy obligates the MERCHANT to refund any Fees (or portion thereof) unless those Fees (or part of them) were previously paid.
SECURITY
- All payment information entered through this payment gateway is encrypted at the time of submission by the Customer or any third party making the payment. Additionally, communications to and from the Service Provider’s site are securely encrypted.
- The MERCHANT shall not be responsible for any failure on the part of the Customer or any third party making payment to safeguard their data from being viewed by others or otherwise accessed during the online payment process. Additionally, the MERCHANT is not liable for any inaccuracies in the information provided during the payment process.
