Department of Ophthalmology
The Department of Ophthalmology is actively involved in both undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD) teaching. It frequently organizes CMEs, workshops, and conferences to promote excellence in medical education and research. Led by a skilled team of ophthalmologists, the department offers comprehensive care for outpatient and inpatient eye conditions and serves as a referral center for local healthcare providers. Routine eye exams, including screenings for refractive errors, cataracts, and retinal disorders, are conducted daily with a focus on quality care. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical technologies to ensure effective treatment and optimal patient outcomes.
