Department of Orthopaedics
The Department of Orthopaedics is actively involved in both undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD) teaching. The department regularly organizes CMEs, workshops, and conferences to promote excellence in medical education and research. Led by a team of skilled orthopaedic surgeons and faculty, the department provides comprehensive clinical services to both outpatients and inpatients, and serves as a referral center for local healthcare providers. Routine orthopaedic evaluations, including fracture management, joint assessments, and musculoskeletal imaging, are conducted daily with a focus on high-quality care. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including advanced diagnostic tools, surgical instruments, and a Laboratory Information System (LIS) to ensure accurate and efficient patient management.
