MBBS Programme
The MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) programme is thoughtfully structured to address the diverse aspects of healthcare, patient management, education, and research. Its primary goal is to cultivate competent physicians and surgeons who can effectively meet the healthcare demands of the community, state, and nation. Graduates are expected to not only provide quality medical care but also recognize the importance of lifelong learning and professional growth. The curriculum places strong emphasis on fostering ethical values and social responsibility, equipping students with the knowledge and skills essential for disease prevention and treatment.
Annual Intake
The institute has an annual intake of 100 MBBS students in every academic session.
Duration
Total duration of the programme is 54 months as proposed GMER 2019.

Online registration has to be done on website https://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in/ to attend online counselling. The candidate may contact the college as well to get detailed information.
Fee Structure
Tuition Fee : Rs. 1600000/- (Per Year)
Hostel Fees (Lodging + Fooding in AC Sharing Hostel): Rs. 350000-(Per Year)
University Registration and examination fee : Rs. 200000 /-

Eligibility of Admission in MBBS Course
Nationality : Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRI’s), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI’s), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO’s) & Foreign Nationals are eligible for appearing in the UNDER GRADUATE-NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG-NEET).
Age LImit
The candidate must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of admission i.e. the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S. The upper age limit for NEET is 25 years as on the date of examination with relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST category.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must pass Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually. General category candidates need at least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.
For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), or Other Backward Classes (OBC), a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in the above three subjects is acceptable.
In the case of Persons with Locomotor Disability of the Lower Limbs:
A minimum of 45% marks is required for candidates under the General-PH category.
A minimum of 40% marks is required for SC-PH, ST-PH, and OBC-PH candidates.
Candidates currently appearing for their Class XII examination are also eligible to apply provisionally, provided they meet all the above requirements at the time of admission.
