Terms & Conditions

  • Please review these terms thoroughly before utilizing the online payment service. By using the online payment facility on this website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this service.

  • All payments are subject to the following conditions:-

  • Course details, such as Programme Name, start and end dates, and other specifics, are personalized for you when you log in with your unique credentials. Typically, payment is required upfront, prior to the start of your programme.

  • All fees are listed in Indian Rupees. The MERCHANT retains the right to modify the fees at any time without prior notice.

  • Your payment will be credited to the MERCHANT’s account within two business days of the transaction.

  • We are not responsible for any payments that do not reach the correct MERCHANT account due to incorrect account details or personal information provided by you. Additionally, we cannot be held liable if your payment is declined or rejected by your credit/debit card provider for any reason.

  • If the payment is declined by your card provider, the MERCHANT is not obligated to inform you of this. It is your responsibility to verify with your bank or credit/debit card provider that the payment has been successfully processed and deducted from your account.

  • Under no circumstances shall the MERCHANT be held responsible for any damages arising from the use, inability to use, or results of using this website, any linked websites, or the materials and information contained therein. This includes all claims based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, whether or not the possibility of such damages was disclosed.
